With over a decade of experience in city and urban planning, Terrance brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our environmental planning effort. His extensive background in community relations, resource management, and strategic planning makes him an invaluable asset to our organization.
While at Kern County’s Planning and Natural Resources Department, Terrance served as a Supervising Planner, where he led the Advanced Planning Unit and spearheaded the development of the Kern County General Plan Update. During his tenure with the United States Navy, Terrance played a pivotal role in managing planning and asset management operations for strategic naval installations both domestically and abroad. His experience in coordinating complex engineering projects and navigating intergovernmental negotiations will be instrumental in guiding our environmental planning initiatives.
In his free time, Terrance is a dedicated music enthusiast, enjoying a wide range of genres from old classics to the latest hits, with the exception of country music. As a lifelong Clippers fan and an avid supporter of all things San Diego, he brings a vibrant energy and passion for pop culture to our team.
