Markets

Markets We Serve

Industrial

From purpose built to spec, from master planned, industrial and business park campus to infill redevelopment EPD has managed, entitled and studied in all types of CEQA documents and traffic studies millions of square feet and thousands of acres of industrial projects. As a critical component of goods manufacturing and movement in our economy, it is imperative to have an expert like EPD on the team to help guide and analyze industrial projects through the process.

Solar & Renewable Energy

Since 2007 our team has managed the entitlement, development, and environmental review process for thousands of acres of solar and battery storage projects. These range from infill, community solar program developments to the largest solar project in the U.S. and top 10 in the world. Few know more about solar development compared to us and we could not be more proud to have brought so much clean energy to the market.

Residential

Residential communities are not one-size-fits all; just like our own needs, which change over time depending on our life needs, residential development varies from high density, multi-family apartments in a mixed use setting to master planned single-family neighborhoods, from age qualified detached homes to assisted living apartment communities. Each of these residential development types have unique design and operational elements that must be factored in when entitling and/or analyzing the uses. Fortunately, EPD has this knowledge and is ready to help!

Local & State Government

Through many of our team member’s public sector experience and in being many agencies’ trusted advisor in CEQA and NEPA compliance, EPD is fortunate to have the opportunity to support the state Department of General Services and many California cities and counties in preparing the necessary CEQA and NEPA studies and documents for private and public projects.

Education/ Institutional

EPD staff have supported higher learning educational institutions in permitting and CEQA compliance for Master Plan EIRs to individual project CEQA analysis and local agency coordination when off-campus permitting is required.
