Jennifer brings to EPD experience in urban planning and GIS research. Previously, as an Urban Regional Planner I at Riverside County, Jennifer provided crucial land use information and entitlement services to residents and businesses, handling tasks such as reviewing and processing Conditional Use Permits, Plot Plans, Tentative Parcel Maps, Tentative Tract Maps, and Change of Zones. In prior experience, she was involved in in-depth research and analysis, utilizing Geographic Information System tools while ensuring quality control for the SAP database. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer enjoys hobbies such as cooking, hiking, reading, traveling, visiting museums, meditation, and scrapbooking.
