Working hand in hand with the City of Hemet and National Tube Supply, EPD Solutions has provided comprehensive environmental planning, management and environmental services to bring this build-to-suit company facility to success.

EPD Solutions has been instrumental in guiding the environmental planning and permitting processes for National Tube Supply’s new facility, which included an 89,317-square-foot (SF) office and warehouse building, including an option for the future expansion of the building by 17,280 SF of warehousing area. The project site is 5.76 acres and currently vacant and undeveloped.

As a trusted partner, EPD Solutions has provided a wide range of services to support National Tube Supply in building their latest facility that will allow them to meet market demand for their products. EPD prepared the CEQA document — CEQA streamlining document that tiered off the General Plan EIR — for the development. EPD also prepared the VMT Screening Memo, Air Quality Impact Analysis, GHG Emissions Analysis, Energy Demand Analysis and the Traffic Impact Analysis.

EPD also managed additional associated technical studies for the project (e.g., biological resources, cultural and paleontological resources, and noise impact analysis). In addition to entitlement management, EPD provided post entitlement services.
