EPD Solutions recently completed work on a 183,584-square-foot, four-story self-storage facility in Covina, where our team remained involved from due diligence and entitlement through to construction completion.
Our work with Westport Properties, Inc. began with the technical studies and CEQA documentation needed to support project approvals, including VMT, air quality, greenhouse gas, energy, noise, biological, cultural, and health risk analyses. During the environmental review, our team identified a potential construction health risk and developed a mitigation strategy that reduced impacts to less-than-significant levels, helping the project move forward.
Our role didn’t end with project approval.
EPD continued as the owner’s representative, providing post-entitlement and construction management services throughout construction.
By staying engaged from planning through project closeout, we helped provide continuity, identify issues early, reduce project risk, and support informed decision-making every step of the way.
Whether it’s environmental planning, entitlement management, post-entitlement services, or construction management, EPD partners with clients throughout the entire development process—not just one phase of it.
