Mor Furniture

The Silverhawk Mor Furniture Project near Murrieta is the construction of a new state-of-the-art 360,022 square foot two-story building that features a 325,965 square foot warehouse, 24,106 square foot showroom and 9,951 square foot administrative office on a 20.43-acre site. The building will house a furniture showroom and storage area where furniture will be kept before being delivered to the homes in the region. EPD managed the entitlements, which included a Major Plot Plan and prepared the Addendum to the Silverhawk Business Park EIR as well as the accompanying technical studies. Subsequent to the County of Riverside approving the entitlements, EPD managed the post-entitlement construction permitting and construction efforts.

EPD also managed the post entitlement construction permitting and construction effort for the self-storage facility across the street, which is currently up and running.
