Lincoln At Euclid

The project involved the redevelopment of industrial property at a prime location in Anaheim near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Euclid Street. Previous freeway ramps bifurcated the site from access roads, resulting in a largely isolated plot of land walled off by the built environment. Lincoln at Euclid will bring purpose to this triangular 5.6 acre site by developing 101 for-sale townhomes. EPD managed the entitlements and peer reviewed the technical studies and CEQA document.
