EPD Solutions, in collaboration with our client, supported the successful development of a premier industrial facility—a 139,269-square-foot warehouse in Fullerton, California, completed in 2024.

Our Services: 

Beginning with the due diligence phase, EPD conducted thorough site evaluations and analyses, establishing a strong foundation for the project’s success. The EPD team assisted our client through the entitlement process, working closely with the design team to secure Planning Commission approval.

We continued our involvement during the post-entitlement phase for the construction of the concrete tilt-up warehouse shell, assisted in the CEQA review process through coordination with the city’s 3rd party consultant, managed permitting requirements, and coordinated with the City of Fullerton for final inspections, Notices of Completion, bond releases, and occupancy approval. This collaborative effort ensured the seamless delivery of this premier industrial facility, which now stands as a modern state-of-the-art distribution facility in Fullerton.
