EPD prepared a Specific Plan with detailed Design Guidelines to accommodate the addition of 887 residential units and 300,000 square feet of commercial space to Old Town Tustin, with attendant development standards and public realm improvements. The Specific Plan permits the infusion of additional residences with the intent of invigorating an area with new investment and creating a livelier atmosphere, which is often associated with a mix of uses. EPD prepared a Program EIR for the project, including coordination of required technical studies.
