Project Description
Located on a 3.39-acre site along Red Hill Avenue, the project includes 73 townhome-style condominium units across nine multifamily buildings, achieving a smart net density of 21.53 dwelling units per acre. In addition to private recreation areas for residents, the community will also enjoy a public plaza designed to encourage connection and walkability.

With deep expertise in navigating CEQA, EPD prepared an Addendum pursuant to Section 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines, building on the previously certified Red Hill Area Specific Plan EIR and 2021 Addendum. Our approach streamlined the environmental review process while maintaining full compliance and supporting the City’s housing goals.
Our team worked efficiently and quickly without compromising the quality of the CEQA documentation and obtained approval in just five months.
