Construction is progressing on Advantech USA‘s new North American headquarters at South Orange County Community College District‘s ATEP campus in the City of Tustin — a 109,000 SF six-story office tower and 79,000 SF two-story warehouse on 10 acres at the former MCAS Tustin site.
Site improvements, building exteriors, and parking infrastructure are taking shape, with completion anticipated in mid-2026.
Behind the scenes, the EPD team has led post-entitlement and CEQA coordination across SOCCCD, the City of Tustin, SCE, and Cox — keeping approvals, easements, and utility work moving in lockstep with construction.
