Jack brings hands-on experience in utility infrastructure projects, with a background in permitting and regulatory compliance across California. He has supported the successful facilitation of 200+ long-lead permits and is skilled at coordinating across multiple jurisdictions, analyzing technical data, and keeping complex projects moving forward.
Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, bringing a unique perspective to understanding community, environment, and project impacts.
