Communities across the Inland Empire continue to expand and projects that thoughtfully combine housing, jobs, recreation, and neighborhood-serving retail are becoming important to supporting that growth.
The recently approved Harvest Landing project in the City of Perris reflects this continued growth. The 358-acre mixed-use project will bring new housing opportunities, expanded retail amenities, employment, and a 17-acre sports complex designed to serve local residents. The project also includes significant infrastructure investments and community funding contributions.
