Palomino Business Park

The Palomino Business Park project will redevelop an old egg processing plant–Hidden Villa Ranch facility–on approximately 110 acres of land within the city of Norco for a new business park that would provide a mix of industrial, commercial, and office uses. The business park would include 35 light industrial buildings and 3 commercial buildings that would include commercial and office uses and would total approximately 2,050,000 square feet of new building space. EPD prepared the EIR on behalf of the City.
