Project Description:
EPD prepared an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and managed the community outreach effort for a subdivision of a 5.8-acre site that is developed with an existing private school. The property was subdivided into 31 separate lots that would be developed with 29 single-family homes, two open space lots, and a new public road. EPD also prepared the traffic study and managed the preparation of the following supporting technical studies.
