Teddy Peña, Jr. Joins EPD!

Teddy joins our team with a background in communications, marketing, and public engagement. His experience spans public agencies, higher education, and private industry, where he has developed strategic communications, managed social media, created marketing campaigns, and supported community outreach initiatives.

Prior to joining EPD, he served as a Public Service Fellow with the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG), helping support city communications and public outreach. He also gained experience with NASA’s STEM Engagement & Communications program, held leadership roles with California Baptist University’s Lancer Media Group, and spent several years as an Operations Lead and Trainer at the Disneyland Resort, where he developed strong leadership, training, and customer service skills.
