Hector’s comprehensive understanding of the industry extends to managing complexities within the environmental process, navigating federal, state, and local laws, and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures, including oversight of CLEC’s, ILEC’s, CPUC, and CEQA.
For over 16 years, Hector has successfully managed all facets of permitting activities for enterprise projects across California. His leadership shines through in navigating complex land-use, environmental, and specialty permitting processes with a diverse range of agencies and organizations.
Hector is a United States Marine Corps veteran with an educational background that includes Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning ManageMentor, Park University, and Marine Corps Institute.
