Trisha has over 15 years of experience in real estate-focused businesses. She is an operations leader who has successfully built business systems that help organizations and teams thrive. As Senior Director of Business Strategy and Operations, she works closely with EPD’s senior leadership team and across departments to ensure that people, processes, technology, and information are all connected.

 

She brings a thoughtful, practical approach to leading companywide initiatives and has successfully led a sophisticated ERP implementation and multiple operational improvements. Trisha has been instrumental in EPD’s recent growth and is known for her people-first leadership style and astute problem-solving abilities. Her leadership in human resources helped EPD earn the Orange County Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award, and she continues to play an important role in building One EPD and an integrated culture focused on EPD’s core values.

 

Trisha holds an associate degree from Cerro Coso Community College and serves as vice chair of the City of Arlington, Washington, Planning Commission.
