Konnie brings more than 25 years of public- and private-sector planning and legal experience, making her an expert in land use entitlements, environmental and policy planning, and strategic project development. She has managed and prepared environmental documents for a wide range of projects and clients, including small-scale residential developments, large master-planned communities, commercial office, industrial, mixed-use projects, and schools.
Konnie’s professional planning experience includes roles with the City of Lake Forest and as a planning consultant for the cities of Irvine, Anaheim, and Rancho Santa Margarita. Konnie holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Strause Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Her diverse background provides her with a unique and practical understanding of planning and zoning law and CEQA. She is a frequent lecturer for the Association of Environmental Professionals, teaching both the Advanced and Basics CEQA Workshops, and serves as the organization’s Executive Vice President.
