Dane Palanjian is a seasoned land use and development professional with over eight years of experience delivering residential and industrial projects across Southern California. As Director of Special Projects at EPD Solutions, Dane specializes in entitlement strategy, infrastructure coordination, and post-entitlement processing for high-impact developments. He brings a strong background in public policy and development, paired with an effective, solution-oriented approach to advancing complex projects through the municipal approval process.

Dane has helped entitle and develop over 10 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and more than 1,000 residential units, including projects with substantial offsite infrastructure, utility coordination, and phased implementation. His expertise includes managing the preparation and processing of General Plan Amendments, Specific Plan Amendments, Zone Changes, Parcel Maps, Conditional Use Permits, and Development Agreements, as well as overseeing technical consultants and legal teams to maintain project timelines and compliance.

Dane is known for his collaborative leadership, strong working relationships with public agencies, and ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams toward entitlement and construction milestones. At EPD, he is a trusted partner to both public and private-sector clients, delivering projects that balance community expectations, regulatory standards, and development goals.

Dane holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Development from the University of Southern California and studied International Relations and Affairs at Orange Coast College.
