Meghan leads our Technical Services team of experts in transportation planning, air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, and health risk assessments. With over two decades of experience in the field, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of managing complex projects with finesse.
Proven Success:
Meghan has successfully navigated through the intricacies of local traffic study guidelines, CMP and CEQA requirements, and the Mitigation Fee Act. Her strategic planning services for public and private clients are second to none, delivering defensible and actionable solutions.
California Focus:
Meghan’s primary focus at EPD is the preparation of comprehensive technical analyses for land development projects across California. From land development and infrastructure to active transportation and Master/Specific/General Plans, she is a trailblazer in the industry.
Beyond Traffic:
Meghan’s expertise extends beyond traffic analysis, encompassing a deep understanding of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). She’s dedicated to providing implementable solutions that satisfy diverse stakeholders, including developers, local agencies, and affected citizens.
