Paul brings several years of experience from a municipal services firm specializing in building plan checks, where he had the opportunity to collaborate directly with city and county building departments. He coordinated a range of services, including building permit application intake, coordination and management of plan reviews, building inspections and permit processing. Paul established enduring relationships with municipalities such as Carlsbad, Dana Point, Perris, Tracy, Vista, San Marcos, and South Gate.
A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Law & Society. He currently holds a project management certificate and is gearing up to take the PMI PMP exam in 2024.
Among the noteworthy projects he coordinated were the construction of the new Legoland parking structure and park renovations, the BMW Carlsbad project, two new medical office buildings, and various EPD Perris projects.
