Through the hundreds of projects we have worked on, EPD has become a trusted name in many city halls, county buildings and other agency facilities. Leveraging these relationships, EPDs clients not only use us to facilitate and expedite all types of entitlement permits, but our clients also keep us on the project team after entitlements are complete to assist in conditions of approval and mitigation measure compliance, and securing construction permits for grading, infrastructure and building.

In this role, we are actively working with the project team to prepare plans pursuant to entitlement requirements, submit plans, serve as the primary contact for the project team with local agencies and manage plan submittals and plan checks.
