Project Description: EPD provided transportation services to support the proposed school campus, ensuring that the project met County transportation requirements and could move forward through the entitlement process.

Transportation Highlights:

• Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Analysis based on comparable school facilities

• Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) evaluating intersection operations and access conditions surrounding the site

• Safety and efficiency study of proposed access points and on-site circulation

The team identified targeted roadway and operational improvements to maintain acceptable traffic operations and ensure safe student drop-off and pick-up conditions. EPD also provided geoprocessing and GIS analysis and supported the project through public hearings, helping stakeholders clearly understand transportation impacts and mitigation strategies needed to advance project approval.
