EPD managed the entitlements for the project, which included a Conditional Use Permit for a 286-key winery resort and a Tentative Tract Map for 96 residential units. The residential component includes 21 estate lots of 10-acre minimum size and 75 clustered lots ranging from 1 to 5 acres each. The project is on 1,100 acres. EPD also prepared an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project and peer-reviewed the traffic study and other technical studies.
