Ben brings a unique perspective shaped by experience in both the public and private sectors—starting in planning and evolving into project management. Over the past 14 years with Fiedler Group, he led a wide range of programs and projects across the fueling and commercial service industries, building a reputation for navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering results.
His experience spans 29 states personally, with leadership oversight of projects in 37 states. He has worked across a full spectrum of land development project types, including residential communities, commercial developments, restaurant and coffee chains, retail stores, convenience stores, car washes, auto retailers, industrial spec buildings, warehousing and storage facilities, and both traditional and alternative fueling projects.
Notably, Ben has collaborated with the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development and the California Hydrogen Business Council on advancing zero-emission vehicle infrastructure, including regulatory updates tied to SB-1291.
Ben holds AICP and PMP certifications, underscoring his strong foundation in both planning and project execution.
Outside of work, Ben is a Star Wars fan, a dedicated dog rescuer, motorcycle enthusiast, and even a certified Irish whiskey taste tester!
