The Advantech project consists of two new buildings. A 6-story building will be the headquarters office of Advantech North America, with the 2nd floor space reserved for educational partnering use. In addition, there will be a 2-story warehouse facility will be used for storage, light manufacturing, repairing and packaging, and industrial computer-related products.
As Tustin Legacy continues to evolve, the successful approval and implementation of projects like Advantech underscore the importance of careful planning and collaboration between stakeholders. Despite the challenges posed by the recent fire incident, the commitment to progress and resilience in the face of adversity are evident in the ongoing efforts to transform this former military site into a thriving community.
With EPD’s guidance and the Advantech project as a milestone, Tustin Legacy stands poised to make a lasting impact, combining history with innovation for the benefit of current and future generations.
