With an impressive 20+ years in the construction industry, Thomas is a seasoned professional with a stellar track record in project management and implementation across diverse sectors—Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.
His expertise spans projects of various scales, with a focus on budgetary control ranging from $2 million to $100 million. His extensive skills include overseeing the industrial projects, managing estimates, bid proposals, construction, and staff training.
Thomas has left his mark on notable projects like the Whisky Hotel in Hollywood, the Rider Business Center in Perris, and the Courtyard Marriott in Monterey Park.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA and a Professional Designation in Construction Management. We look forward to his future contributions to EPD Solutions!
