Alexis brings a strong background in environmental and urban planning, with experience across both public-sector and federal planning environments. Most recently, he served as an Interdisciplinary Community Planner with NAVFAC Southwest, supporting installation planning, environmental compliance reviews, and project funding documentation.
Previously, Alexis worked as a Planner II for Kern County, where he managed CEQA environmental documents, coordinated renewable energy and infrastructure projects, and collaborated closely with applicants, consultants, and public agencies.
With hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, project coordination, and CEQA/NEPA review, Alexis is ready to make an immediate impact on our Environmental Planning team.
