Welcome, Sina Salehipour as our new Assistant Transportation Planner!

With a comprehensive background and diverse experiences, Sina is excited to start his journey and make a positive impact.

His previous role as a Transportation Engineer/Planner Intern at Fehr & Peers in San Diego involved contributions to Transportation Impact Assessment projects, QAQC of vendors’ count data, and active involvement in the SANDAG Active Transportation project.

As a Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University’s STAR Lab, he developed an Intelligent Transportation Management Center for the City of Chula Vista, CA, using computer vision, showcasing his commitment to cutting-edge technologies in the field.

His academic journey includes a perfect GPA of 4.0! He has a master’s degree in transportation engineering from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Sharif University of Technology. Sina’s skills encompass programming languages like R and Python, data visualization, and proficiency in software such as ArcGIS, PTV Vissim, and AutoCAD.

In his personal time, Sina enjoys going to the beach and gym, with swimming being his favorite activity. Additionally, he has a passion for music. He is currently learning guitar, which he finds both relaxing and creatively fulfilling.

Sina is always eager to learn new things and broaden his experiences and skills. This mindset drives his professional development and personal growth, keeping him open to new challenges and opportunities. We are confident that Sina will contribute significantly to EPD Solutions and be a great addition to the team!
