Michael graduated from UC Irvine in 2019 and brings to EPD transportation planning and engineering experience throughout Southern California. His work with private developers, municipalities, and local communities has given him a strong foundation across a wide range of transportation disciplines.
He has prepared numerous technical studies—including traffic impact analyses, trip generation and VMT screening memorandums, parking studies, and city-wide engineering and traffic surveys. Michael also brings hands-on experience supporting traffic calming plans for local neighborhoods.
On the engineering and design side, he has contributed to traffic signal plans, signing and striping, and traffic control and is eager to continue expanding his expertise with our team.
