Our work included securing a Class 2 CEQA Exemption and delivering a comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis—covering trip generation, intersection operations, and access and sight distance evaluations.
Just as importantly, we collaborated closely with the community and key stakeholders to refine site circulation and proactively address safety and peak-hour concerns.
⬛️ EPD’s environmental and traffic expertise streamlined project approvals and ensured compliance with CEQA requirements while maintaining safety and access for the surrounding community.
⬛️ Our proactive engagement with stakeholders resulted in a project design that balanced operational efficiency with neighborhood concerns, setting the stage for a successful redevelopment of this high-visibility corridor site.
