The Palomino Business Park, developed by CapRock Partners is an example of the continued economic growth and development that will help meet the city’s goals and objectives.This project will redevelop an old egg processing plant–Hidden Villa Ranch facility on approximately 110 acres of land within the city of Norco—for a new business park that would provide a mix of industrial, commercial, and office uses.
The business park would include 35 light industrial buildings and 3 commercial buildings that would include commercial and office uses and would total approximately 2,050,000 square feet of new building space.
