Andrea has over 17 years of experience in the development and construction of residential and nonresidential land uses, with particular specialization in due diligence, major entitlements and post entitlement processes. During this time, she has successfully entitled and developed over 20 million square feet of industrial business parks including all major infrastructure upgrades and managing highly complex tenant improvements for specialized clients. 

Andrea is a proven leader of design teams from site selection, to project conceptualization and through construction and occupancy. Her prior public sector experience and extensive coordination with local agencies have allowed her to build strong relationships with governing agencies’ planning, building and engineering staff. She also has experience coordinating with the construction management team overseeing project schedules and budgets.

Andrea has managed various development projects from industrial business parks to master planned communities. She has been responsible for overseeing design teams, construction teams and day to day permit process with various municipalities to ensure development schedules, budgets and approvals are all achieved.
