The Lincoln at Euclid project for Shopoff Realty Investments involved the redevelopment of industrial property at a prime location in Anaheim — near the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Euclid Street.

→ Previous freeway ramps bifurcated the site from access roads, resulting in a largely isolated plot of land walled off by the built environment.Lincoln at Euclid will bring purpose to this triangular 5.6-acre site by developing 101 for-sale townhomes.
