Maria brings over 15 years of experience in proposal writing, project administration, and business operations, with a background spanning sustainability consulting, structural engineering, and nonprofit education. Throughout her career, she’s contributed to impactful initiatives like supporting Assembly Bill 811 (PACE Financing) implementation, contributing to the Coachella Valley’s climate action plan, and developing structural proposals for projects including the Anaheim Hilton Garden Inn and the Ferrante Apartments in Downtown LA.
Most recently, Maria worked at WestEd, managing contract compliance and financials as a Senior Contracts and Grants Accountant. Her attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and passion for helping teams succeed behind the scenes will be a great asset to EPD!
Fun fact: Maria is a University of Arizona graduate and spent her college summers creating magical guest experiences at Disneyland!
