What You’ll Do:
Lead multiple projects with precision and purpose, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Oversee scopes, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
Manage vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Guide and mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Represent our company’s core values in every partnership and interaction.
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience
✔ Expertise in entitlement and post-entitlement processes
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Familiarity with CEQA, EIRs, and technical documentation
✔ Experience using tools like Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, or Bluebeam
