Clara kickstarted her career at Michael Baker International as an intern and worked part-time at Rincon Consultants, gaining valuable experience in ESRI, ArcGIS, General Plans, and Municipal Code, CEQA/NEPA, which laid the foundation for her future endeavors. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly with a degree in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management, and she was on the Dean’s List for 9 semesters. Post graduation she went on to work at Kimley-Horn as a Planning Analyst.
Recently, Clara made a significant move back to her roots in Southern California. Her return to the region brings with it experiences and a fresh perspective that she’s eager to apply to her journey at EPD.
