✔️ Key Qualifications:
• Proven leadership and time management skills with a minimum of 10 years in a management position.
• Strong people leadership skills and passion to manage, develop, and grow a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Advanced critical thinking skills and ability to make independent decisions on behalf of the organization.
• Business acumen to understand business risks and challenges, and to recognize opportunities to provide unique and improved solutions for clients.
• Expert interpersonal skills with emphasis on emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to adapt to change and effectively prioritize teams for highest-value outcomes.
