Elisa is self-described as a “born biller.” Prior to coming to EPD, Elisa was the Accounting Manager/Project Accountant where she was responsible for contract setup, billing, and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. Elisa has a proven track record in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, expense recording, AIA-formatted pay applications, vendor management, and cash flow management. She also spent two decades in various roles such as Project Accountant, Contracts Admin, and Assistant Controller. Her contributions included contract processing, escrow account setup, change order processing, effective collections, project analysis, lien management, and customer service.
Elisa holds an Associate of Arts Degree and a 2-Year Degree in Accounting from LBCC. She is proficient in various software, including Sage 300, Procore, ShareSync, Excel, Word, Textura, and Procore.
Beyond her professional achievements, Elisa is an active NAMI member at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and enjoys contributing to charity work for the community. She likes to read and her go-to books are health, self-improvement, and the bible. She likes to walk for relaxation and appreciation for her surroundings.
