Steve brings over 15 years of expertise in real estate, land use, finance, and project management. He has collaborated with major corporations to expand their real estate portfolios, managed municipal projects, and facilitated multi-family affordable housing tax credit projects. Steve’s skill set encompasses site selection, project financial analysis/feasibility, navigating complex approval processes (CEQA/NEPA), project management, and overseeing construction operations.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning with a focus on real property development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
