The Bowery project is the proposed transformation of an obsolete office complex on a 15.6-acre site in the center of Orange County into an exciting mixed use development including 1,150 multifamily residential units with a variety of amenities such as open space courtyards, a pool, a fitness center, club room and business/conference center and 80,000 square feet of commercial retail and restaurant space.
The Bowery required a General Plan Amendment zone change. EPD prepared the EIR and technical studies including the traffic study on behalf of the City.
