EPD managed the entitlements for a 200,000 sq. ft. industrial building on a 9.6-acre site, which included a Major Plot Plan. EPD prepared the technical studies including a traffic study for the project and the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration. EPD also managed the community outreach effort, including mailings to local residents and a presentation before the Mead Valley Advisory Committee. As part of the entitlement efforts EPD managed all of the design consultants, including the civil engineer, architect, and dry utilities consultant. EPD is now managing the construction permitting and ongoing construction efforts.
