Pavilion Plaza West

Pavilion Plaza West is the redevelopment of a site with an existing building (previously a Vons Supermarket that was built in 1960). It has been vacant and blighted since the mid-2000s into a new shopping center. The new shopping center will activate Chapman Avenue and will include a local grocery store, a drive-through restaurant, and other dining options. Based on the outreach to the community, it will be a well-received change! 

The project site is located within the northwest portion of the City of Garden Grove, on the south side of Chapman Avenue, west of Brookhurst Street.

EPD prepared the CEQA document—an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration—and technical studies, conducted community outreach and managed the entitlement efforts associated with the project.
