Cameo

The Cameo condominium development consists of 91 detached dwelling units and a ½-acre community park. EPD managed the entitlements for the project which included a Zone Change, Vesting Tentative Tract Map, Conditional Use Permit, and Parking Permit. EPD also prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project.
