EPD Solutions is honored to have served as the City of Menifee’s CEQA consultant on the Murrieta Road Warehouse Project.

This 517,720-square-foot industrial building sits on 28.27 acres within and fully consistent with the Menifee’s General Plan Economic Development Corridor-Northern Gateway land use.

As the City’s environmental consultant, EPD conducted peer reviews of technical studies, prepared the EIR, and managed California’s CEQA compliance process—from initial scoping through final certification in June 2026. EPD provided the thorough, accurate, and timely environmental analysis needed to support the City’s decision-making on a project that will bring significant investment to an area of the city slated for development.

We’re grateful to the City of Menifee for entrusting EPD with this critical work, and proud to help our public agency partners tackle complex projects with care and expertise.
