This month marks the 12th anniversary of EPD; years of building, growing, and achieving together. It’s a moment to pause—not just to celebrate what we’ve accomplished, but to reflect on what truly matters in how we got here.

“When people ask me about my vision, it’s never about numbers—it’s about how we work together and how we relate to one another.
When we began shaping what EPD would become, I knew it had to be more than just the day-to-day grind. It had to be a place where we enjoy our time together, where trust and collaboration are at the core. We needed to be able to depend on each other for back up, so that we can spend valuable time with our families and not miss the important moments.
To me, the vision wasn’t about a certain headcount or a type of person. It’s about working alongside people I respect, rely on, and learn from; because that’s how real progress happens.
Over the past 12 years, we’ve achieved so much together. We work on high-level projects with really complex issues, and we’re thriving. We know we can reach even more, but none of that would be possible without the foundation of teamwork, consistency, and trust that you’ve all help build.
I’m deeply grateful—for the projects we’ve tackled and the challenges we’ve solved together and, most importantly, the people and clients who’ve been part of this journey.
Thank you for making this vision a reality. Here’s to everything we’ve achieved—and to everything still ahead.”
