CAM
Reconciliation
Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliation is crucial to accuracy in billing tenants for their share of operating expenses.
Typically, this process occurs annually but may come up during an acquisition or disposition.
We offer assistance in the preparation and organization of the necessary data, allocation of expenses, calculation of tenant pro-rata shares, reviewing and reconciling estimated vs actual expenses as well as preparing final CAM statements.

With over 17 years of experience in industrial real estate property management, Sheryl is an active member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), holds a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation, and studied finance at Hawaii Pacific University.
