Located in Tustin, California, in the Tustin Legacy area, this project sits on 1.44 acres within the approximately 61.4-acre Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP).
EPD’s client, the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD), the City of Tustin, and other stakeholders, addressed a critical early educational and childcare need within the community. By establishing a one-story, 14,400-square-foot preschool with ancillary childcare services, outdoor play areas, and parking facilities, the project aims to enhance the educational landscape and support families in the region.
EPD Solutions provided a comprehensive suite of services essential for the success of The Goddard School. From CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) services and permitting support to development management and traffic analysis, EPD played a pivotal role in facilitating regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, our team conducted technical studies, including air quality and GHG emissions modeling, trip generation, and VMT screening analysis, to inform project assessment and planning.
